Property styling can significantly improve how buyers perceive a home, creating emotional connection and helping properties stand out online. Professionally styled homes are widely reported to sell faster and for a stronger price than un-styled properties, making styling one of the highest return on investments in a sale campaign

Every project is priced individually based on the size, layout and styling requirements of your property. As a general guide, one-bedroom apartments typically start from $3,000, with larger homes priced accordingly. Get in touch for a free consultation and tailored proposal for your property.

We require full payment, along with a signed copy of our agreement to secure an installation date.
Flexible payment options, including “style now, pay later” can also be arranged.

While a vacant property offers more creative opportunity, Home Edited understands the need for flexibility when working with occupied properties. We offer a partial styling service where we provide expert advice on decluttering and furniture placement, then introduce designer pieces from our collection to strategically enhance your home's best features. This flexibility ensures your property stands out regardless of your living situation.
-
We ask that the property is cleaned, decluttered and any maintenance issues are resolved before installation to ensure the best results.
-
The installation process will require approx. 2–7 hours, depending on the size of the home and the level of staging. We may install across a couple days depending on delivery requirements.
-
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
-
You’re welcome to book directly with us or we can work with your real estate agent if that’s easier. We’re flexible and happy to follow whichever process you prefer.

Preparing a home for sale comes down to a few key steps that help buyers see the property at its best:
Declutter and depersonalise — clear excess furniture, personal photos and clutter so buyers can picture themselves living there.
Deep clean — inside and out, including windows, carpets and outdoor areas.
Address small repairs — fix anything obviously broken (leaky taps, chipped paint, loose handles) before photos are taken.
Maximise natural light — open blinds, clean windows, and consider lighter window treatments.
Tidy the exterior — kerb appeal sets buyers' expectations before they even step inside.
Style the interior — professional property styling is one of the most effective ways to present a home. At Home Edited, we curate furniture, layout and décor to highlight a property's best features and help buyers form an emotional connection — often making the difference in how fast a home sells and for how much.
We offer full and partial property styling across Drummoyne, Balmain, Rozelle, Five Dock and the wider Sydney Inner West, tailored to each home's architecture and target buyer. Get in touch to discuss styling your property for sale.
